One of Britain's most successful Olympians, Sir Mo Farah, joined Rivo and Rich on a special edition of the Grassroots Football Coach podcast this week.
Series 7 of the Berks & Bucks FA Podcast 'The Grassroots Football Coach' is launching next month and to kick things off in style, they've released a special bonus episode featuring Sir Mo Farah.
Sir Mo is a big football fan and took part in Soccer Aid at Old Trafford earlier this month. On the podcast he discusses his sporting journey from humble beginnings in Somalia, his inspirational coaches, Olympic highlights and the 'Mobot'.
He also shares his views on what it takes, both physically and mentally, to become a four-time Olympic champion.
Not surprisingly, for a football podcast, he also speaks passionately of his love for the game - and Arsenal in particular - and about he how he's fared in recent Soccer Aid matches for UNICEF 2023.
