Firefighters spend three hours putting out fire at Slough Upton Park

A crash of three vehicles on the road in Taplow on Tuesday brought firefighters to the emergency aid to one of the people involved.

At 2:26am, 22 August 22, Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of a road traffic collision on Westlands Avenue, between Lent Rise and Huntercombe.

Two crews from Slough Fire Station were sent to the scene. Upon arrival, they discovered a collision involving three vehicles.

Crews provided immediate emergency care to one person before handing the scene over to Thames Valley Police.

Firefighters were at the scene for about 25 minutes.
