Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a knife attack by four masked men in Bourne End.
Four masked men attacked a man in his twenties inside an address in a block of flats in Station Road at around 10.45pm on Monday (October 2).
The victim suffered several serious cuts believed to have been caused by a knife or bladed weapon.
He was taken to hospital for further treatment, where he remains. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
One of the offenders is described as white with a thin, chiselled face and a short goatee beard.
Detective Sergeant Jo Lynch said: “I understand this assault may cause some concern but there is nothing to suggest that there is any risk to the wider public.
“We are asking anyone who may have witnessed anything related to the assault to please come forward.
