Storm Ciaran is expected to bring very strong winds to parts of Berkshire later this week.
The Met Office has warned gusts could reach 50mph in Windsor and Maidenhead with the potential to cause damage to buildings and homes.
The UK’s national weather service has issued a yellow weather warning for wind which will be in place from 9pm on Wednesday until midnight on Thursday.
There is a small chance that roads, bridges and railway lines could close with delays to bus and train services, the Met added.
